- When will I receive my package?

- The tracking page hasn't been updated for several days. Is my package lost?
Response: Don't worry! Our standard shipping updates information at key checkpoints, so it may take a few days for the tracking page to show new updates. Usually, packages are delivered within the estimated timeframe. If it's been longer than expected and you're concerned, please shoot us an email at service@ilandworld.com.

- What should I do if I receive the wrong, damaged, or missing products?
Response: Oops! That's not what we want. Please send us an email at service@ilandworld.com and include photos if possible, so we can quickly resolve the issue and make it right for you.

- I want to return the product without any reason.
Response: We accept returns within 7 days for the buyers in the United States, no questions asked. Just make sure the product is in its original undamaged packaging and doesn't affect resale. You can find more details on our Return Policy page.

- Can I request gift packaging?
Response: Absolutely! We'd love to help you with that. Simply add the "Gift Packaging" product to your shopping cart for just $5. Please note that any gift packaging products are shipped from our warehouse in Shanghai, China. You can check the estimated shipping time on our Shipping Policy page.
